We specialize in the sale of fabric and related materials. Due to the nature of fabric, variations in color, texture, and pattern may occur. We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen’s color representation will be exact.

3. Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without liability.

We do our best to ensure product availability, but we cannot guarantee that all items will always be in stock.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you agree that:

• All information provided is accurate and complete

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds

All sales of cut fabric are final.

Once fabric has been cut to the length requested by the customer, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances, unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

For non-cut items (if applicable), returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unused and in its original condition

• Proof of purchase is provided

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 4 days of delivery at Mail@quiltedelephantstudio.com .

Please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Quilted Elephant Studio and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.
